Is LabelChop only for Australia Post or MyPost Business?
No. LabelChop started with Australia Post and MyPost Business because that was the first painful workflow we solved, but the core product is broader: it fixes awkward shipping label PDFs for ecommerce sellers using thermal printers. MyPost is one supported workflow, not the whole category.
How do I print MyPost Business labels on a 4×6 thermal printer?
If MyPost Business is already giving you A6 / one-label-per-page output, print it normally. LabelChop is for messy label-PDF cases: A4 PDFs, Letter PDFs, marketplace exports, international labels, old downloads, or workflows where you want automatic folder-to-printer output.
Can’t MyPost Business already print A6 labels?
Yes, for many domestic labels MyPost Business can be set to A6 / one label per page for thermal printers. LabelChop helps when you already have an A4 PDF, your marketplace or carrier workflow still outputs A4, you print labels that only come as A4, or you want automatic folder-to-printer handling without opening Acrobat or changing print settings every time.
What thermal printers are supported?
Any thermal printer that takes 4×6 (100×150mm) labels — Dymo 4XL, Zebra GK/ZD series, Brother QL-1110NWB, Rollo, and more. If Windows sees it as a printer, LabelChop can use it.
Do I need Adobe Acrobat to print shipping labels?
Only if you are manually fixing an awkward A4 label PDF. LabelChop handles that crop-and-print step automatically, so you do not need to open Acrobat, Preview, or another PDF editor for those labels.
Does it work with carriers other than Australia Post?
Yes. LabelChop works with awkward A4 or Letter PDF shipping labels from carrier and marketplace workflows, including Sendle, Aramex, StarTrack, TNT, DHL and similar tools. It is PDF workflow automation, not an official carrier integration.
