Why shipping labels get cut off
A cut-off shipping label usually means the label artwork is too close to the printable edge, the PDF page size does not match the loaded stock, or the printer is starting in the wrong place. The symptom looks like a bad PDF, but the cause is often a driver preset or calibration setting.

Check margins, page size and printer presets

If the printer uses a custom paper size, check the units and the order of width and height. A 100x150mm label entered as 150x100mm can rotate or clip. A rounded custom size can also remove a few millimetres from the barcode side.
