Do not shrink A4 onto the label. Crop/convert first, then print at 100%.

Calibration

Run automatic label identification/calibration after changing label stock or if labels skip.

Your input is A4, so the label will usually print tiny unless it is cropped first.

Rollo settings for MyPost Business labels

Rollo printers are happiest when the PDF already matches the label stock. If your carrier, marketplace or shipping app gives you an A4 page, crop the label to 4x6 / 100x150mm before printing instead of shrinking the whole page.
