Choose your Rollo printer, computer and label PDF format to get the right 4x6 paper-size, scale and calibration checklist.

Recommended settings

Rollo + Australia Post labels

Paper size

Convert/crop the PDF to 4x6 or 100x150mm first

Scale

Do not shrink A4 onto the label. Crop/convert first, then print at 100%.

Orientation

Portrait unless the preview is sideways

Driver tip

Install the Rollo driver, choose the 4x6 shipping-label preset and avoid Fit to Page.

Calibration

Run automatic label identification/calibration after changing label stock or if labels skip.

Your input is A4, so the label will usually print tiny unless it is cropped first.

Use Preview or Acrobat. Open More Settings and confirm paper size before printing.

Rollo settings for MyPost Business labels

Rollo printers are happiest when the PDF already matches the label stock. If your carrier, marketplace or shipping app gives you an A4 page, crop the label to 4x6 / 100x150mm before printing instead of shrinking the whole page.

  • Paper size: 4 in x 6 in or 100x150mm.
  • Scale: Actual Size / 100%, not Fit to Page.
  • Orientation: Portrait unless the print preview is sideways.
  • Calibration: run Rollo label identification after changing stock.

FAQ

Can Rollo printers print Australia Post labels?

Yes. Rollo printers can print Australia Post and MyPost Business labels when the PDF is 4x6 / 100x150mm or has been cropped from A4 before printing.

Why does my Rollo Australia Post label print off-centre?

Check that the driver paper size matches your label stock, print at 100%, and recalibrate the printer. Off-centre prints often come from a paper-size mismatch or label-stock change.

Should I use Fit to Page for Rollo shipping labels?

No. Use Actual Size / 100% after the label has been cropped to 4x6 / 100x150mm. Fit to Page can shrink labels and make barcodes harder to scan.
